The acquisition strengthens Clavei's national presence with more than 80 employees across 5 locations. Leadership describes the operation as facilitating an expanded service offering and enhanced technological capabilities for future growth.

DAFErp.com provides human capital consisting of over 20 specialised professionals with a solid knowledge of the key sectors in which it operates.

This acquisition is part of BSG's strategy to strengthen Clavei's territorial presence in the Catalan market and expand its offering in the business management software segment.
