Business Software Group announces the acquisition of Tec-Soft, a Spanish company specialising in hotel and catering management solutions founded in 1990.

Tec-Soft is joining the BSG ecosystem while maintaining its identity under a decentralised model. Its flagship product, Hotec, offers property management system (PMS) capabilities for the hospitality sector, with a particular presence in hotel chains in the Balearic Islands.

The company maintains a loyal customer base of established hotel chains and was founded in 1990. BSG, founded in 2020, has acquired over 22 companies, operating a decentralised model that grants operational independence while sharing resources and knowledge.

This acquisition strengthens BSG's hospitality vertical, completing a comprehensive offering for the hotel sector alongside the subsequent incorporation of Winhotel.
