Business Software Group S.L. (BSG) has signed a sale and purchase agreement (SPA) with the majority shareholders of Clever Global S.A. (Clever) to acquire 72.474% of Clever shares on February 29, 2024, therefore, a voluntary public takeover offer (OPA) has been launched to the other shareholders of Clever for an \u201centerprise value\u201d of 15.3 million euros. The offer has a premium of 57.33% above the last listing price.<\/h2>\n

This transaction is another step in BSG’s strategy to invest in mission-critical B2B software companies. BSG has made other acquisitions in this vertical such as Externalia in 2021, a company also a leader in software for the Coordination of Business Activities (CAE), and recently BSG has acquired APSIS, a document validation company to be able to provide a comprehensive platform service, and finally, thanks to the acquisition of Clever Global, it wants to become one of the leaders in this market in rapid consolidation.<\/p>\n

With the proposed transaction, BSG is expected to realize more than \u20ac33 million in revenue in 2024, thanks to its more than 450 employees organized across 5 different platforms, in different countries.<\/p>\n
